Where do you ship from?

NebulTool ships from multiple warehouses, primarily located in the United States and other regions depending on product availability. Orders are shipped from the nearest warehouse whenever possible.

How long does shipping take?
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery typically takes 4–12 business days, depending on your location and carrier

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or peak seasons.

Can I return my product?

Yes, please read ourReturns Policycarefully before returning your product. If you have further questions, please contact the customer service team.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order.

  • Defective or damaged items: free return or replacement
  • Non-quality related returns: return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply

Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our website, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster checkout next time.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund if they have not yet shipped.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may incur a handling or shipping fee.

Can I change the delivery address after payment?

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?

If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
If it's still missing, send your transaction ID and the email address used for delivery to our customer service team.

Warranty & Products

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Most NebulTool products come with a limited warranty, which covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Are NebulTool tools suitable for beginners?

Yes. Our tools are designed for both home users and professionals, with easy-to-follow instructions and safety features.
